We regret to inform you that the RTCM discounted hotel rooms at One Ocean Resort & Spa in Atlantic Beach, FL, are no longer available. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check with One Ocean Resort & Spa directly and/or explore other accommodation options in the area. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Option 1:  For RTCM Members who booked through RTCM:

  • Reminders about your reservation:  
    • For any Questions or Update to your RTCM Member reservation, please email [email protected] or contact Pam Wendlandt directly.  
    • These rooms are being handled through the RTCM Member Block.  Billing is managed directly by RTCM, and any room modifications must be requested via email to [email protected].  
    • Payment must be submitted to RTCM 3 days prior to your arrival date, to secure this rate and avoid cancellation of guest rooms. 
    • Reservation must be cancelled or payment received by 3 days prior to your arrival date. 
    • The daily resort and other fees and taxes are included in your payment.  
    • Only any applicable parking fees and incidental charges will be collected onsite by One Ocean Resort & Spa at checkout.
Option 2:  For people who Booked Directly Through One Ocean Resort & Spa
  • For any Questions or Updates to your reservation, please contact One Ocean directly at the number you received on your confirmation email.   
  • Please Note:  the $17/night (plus tax) resort fee is not included in this online rate. This daily resort fee (discounted to $17/night), along with any applicable parking fees and incidental charges, (plus taxes) will be collected onsite by One Ocean Resort & Spa at checkout.
  • Reservation must be cancelled 3 days prior to arrival by 3PM to avoid a one-night room, resort fee and sales tax penalty. 

Please Note:  Discounted room rates are for registered attendees of the RTCM conference.  Failure to register for the conference prior to 3 days prior to your arrival night will invalidate the discounted room rate and may result in cancellation of the reservation. 

Guarantee Policy
  • for Rooms booked directly through Option 1 - RTCM direct bill:  guest will be given option to make payment through RTCM for One Ocean Resort & Spa guest rooms at the time of reservation or guest may choose to be invoiced and pay later.  Invoices must be paid 3 days prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation of room nights.  
  • for Rooms booked directly through Option 2 - One Ocean Resort & Spa:  A deposit of one night's room, tax, and resort fee is required at the time of booking. 
Cancellation Policy
  • for Rooms booked directly through Option 1 - RTCM direct bill:  Reservation must be cancelled and payment received 3 days prior to your arrival date.  
  • for Rooms booked directly through Option 2 - One Ocean Resort & Spa:  Reservation must be cancelled 3 days prior to arrival by 3PM to avoid a one-night room, resort fee and sales tax penalty. 

  ONE OCEAN GUEST ROOM & AMENITIES INFORMATION

Hotel Terms and Conditions:  (please see all the terms and conditions on the ONE OCEAN Resort & Spa booking page):

  • Rate per night $199/night for Deluxe View (Coastal) King or Double room (plus room applicable taxes). Deluxe View Rooms offer a partial coastline view of the Atlantic Ocean visible through the floor to ceiling windows. Deluxe rooms look North or South down the coastline but do not feature a balcony.
  • Additionally, there is a conference discounted resort fee rate of $17/night, as well as additional lodging and sales taxes.
  • Please note:  Resort fees (plus tax) are NOT included in the online booking rate and will be collected at checkout for all bookings through One Ocean Resort & Spa.  These fees were included in the RTCM Member Reservations.
  • Resort Fee Includes:
    • Guest room Wi-Fi
    • Two beach chairs and beach umbrella per day**
    • Two bicycles for two hours per day"**
    • Family beach games and boogie boards**
    • (2) In-room bottled waters upon arrival
    • 15% off spa services Monday – Thursday**

PARKING at ONE OCEAN Resort & Spa:

***Valet Parking is recommended, and a special discounted conference rate of $15 (plus tax) per vehicle, per night is available for all conference attendees.  On-property self-parking is not available.  Overnight valet parking will be available to all registered Hotel guests at the discounted daily rate based on availability in the hotel parking lot.  Valet parking availability is not guaranteed and the Hotel does not have self-parking available.
